H&B Law participated on January 20, 2022 to the webinar hosted by SwissCham China and was joined by speakers from Intep Integrale Planung GmbH. We could deliver a presentation on the current trends in sustainability disclosure. The presentation gave an overview on the current trends insustainability disclosure regulations at a global, European, and local (Switzerland & China) scale. It is recognized that most voluntary frameworks are turning increasingly mandatory and new regulations are being issued in order to redirect capital flows towards sustainable activities. Furthermore, besides information disclosure, company certification is gaining in importance.
